What We Do
Our Services
Comprehensive waterproofing for every part of your building — backed by 20+ years of experience.
Terrace & Roof Waterproofing
Terrace leakages are one of the most common and costly problems for building owners. Our terrace waterproofing system creates a robust, seamless barrier that prevents water ingress for years.
- 1 Surface preparation — cleaning, crack repair, and leveling
- 2 Primer application for better adhesion
- 3 Waterproofing membrane or coating application (2–3 coats)
- 4 UV-protective top coat for long-term durability
- 5 Drainage slope correction where needed
Bathroom & Wet Area Waterproofing
Moisture in bathrooms can silently damage structural slabs, walls, and flooring over time. Our wet area waterproofing ensures every vulnerable surface is sealed before tiling.
- 1 Detailed inspection of joints, corners, and drain points
- 2 Application of flexible waterproofing slurry
- 3 Reinforcement tape at all critical joints and corners
- 4 Multi-coat system for floor and walls (up to 300mm height)
- 5 Flood test to verify integrity before tile work begins
Wall & Facade Waterproofing
Exterior walls face constant exposure to rain, wind, and humidity. Damp walls lead to efflorescence, mold, and paint peeling. Our facade treatments stop water at the surface.
- 1 Assessment of wall cracks, joints, and surface condition
- 2 Crack filling with flexible sealants and repair mortar
- 3 Application of penetrating water repellent or silicone-based coating
- 4 Sealing around windows, doors, and all penetrations
- 5 Weather-resistant top coat for long-term protection
Water Tank & Sump Waterproofing
Leaking water tanks waste thousands of litres and damage surrounding structures. We use non-toxic, potable-water-safe systems for overhead tanks, underground sumps, and cisterns.
- 1 Tank draining and surface cleaning
- 2 Crack repair with hydraulic cement
- 3 Application of non-toxic crystalline waterproofing coat (2 coats)
- 4 Curing and water retention test before use
- 5 Final inspection and handover
Basement Waterproofing
Basements face constant hydrostatic pressure from groundwater. Our negative-side and positive-side waterproofing systems keep basements permanently dry in all conditions.
- 1 Hydrostatic pressure assessment and drainage mapping
- 2 Surface preparation and crack injection grouting
- 3 Application of crystalline or polyurethane membrane system
- 4 Drainage board installation where required
- 5 Final inspection with moisture meter readings
Balcony & Podium Waterproofing
Balconies are exposed to direct rain and thermal movement, making them prone to cracking and seepage. Our flexible membrane systems accommodate movement without cracking.
- 1 Surface inspection and cleaning
- 2 Primer application
- 3 Flexible polyurethane or acrylic membrane application
- 4 Protection screed over membrane
- 5 Final check — tiling can proceed after curing
Pressure Grouting
Pressure grouting injects cementitious or polyurethane grout into cracks, voids, and joints under controlled pressure — permanently sealing water pathways through walls, slabs, and foundations.
- 1 Identify crack lines and injection points
- 2 Drill injection holes at regular intervals
- 3 Insert packers and flush with water
- 4 Inject grout or resin under controlled pressure
- 5 Seal injection points and inspect for completeness
Chemical Coating
Chemical waterproofing coatings form a tough, seamless membrane that repels water on terraces, walls, and concrete surfaces. Ideal as a standalone treatment or as a base for tile finishes.
- 1 Surface cleaning and defect repair
- 2 Primer coat for adhesion
- 3 First chemical coating layer application
- 4 Second coat after curing (opposite direction)
- 5 Final inspection and water test
Outside Wall Cracks & Expansion Joints
External wall cracks and failed expansion joints are primary entry points for water. We diagnose crack types, apply the correct flexible sealants, and protect with weather-resistant coatings.
- 1 Crack mapping and cause assessment
- 2 Widen and clean cracks for proper sealant adhesion
- 3 Fill with flexible polyurethane or epoxy sealant
- 4 Seal expansion joints with backer rod and joint sealant
- 5 Apply weather-resistant coating over repaired areas
Brick Batting Works
Brick batting is a proven traditional waterproofing method for terraces and flat roofs. Broken bricks laid in lime mortar create an insulating, water-resistant layer that also reduces heat transfer.
- 1 Clean and prepare the RCC slab surface
- 2 Apply waterproofing base coat on the slab
- 3 Lay broken bricks flat in lime mortar with proper slope
- 4 Fill joints with lime mortar and finish smooth
- 5 Final cement plaster or tile finish as required
